Robert Brandt

President

Bob has worked at Countryside Bank since 1976, and has been President of the Bank since 1989. Bob’s grandfather George, and dad Bill, preceded him as president of the bank. He is also Chairman of the Board and Loan Committee. Bob is usually at the Unadilla location and is responsible for the overall bank operations.  Bob is Treasurer member of the Unadilla Area Foundation Fund, an affiliate with the Nebraska Community Foundation, is an Ambassador for "ReTree Nebraska”, and Treasurer of the Nebraska Statewide Arboretum.  NMLS# 946282

Bruce Hassler

Vice President & Cashier

Bruce has worked at the bank since 1989. His office is located at the main bank in Unadilla. Bruce is the Cashier and is in charge of payroll, operations, and certificates of deposits.  Bruce also specializes in tax returns for consumers and businesses.  He is one of the bank officers who are available to our customers for consumer loans.  His banking experience spans over 20 years.  Bruce is a member of the Board of Directors of Countryside Bank.   NMLS# 716619

Dave Hall

Vice President & Senior Loan Officer

Dave has been employed with Countryside Bank since 2001 and has over 35 years of banking experience. He is the Senior Ag lender, assists with business loans, and specializes in personal, farm, and crop insurance. Dave is also responsible for policies, procedures, and bond accounting. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Countryside Bank.  Dave is vice president of District OR-1 Foundation for Knowledge and member of Palmyra Fire Department since July of 1981.   NMLS# 716617

John Stilwell

Vice President & Secretary

John has been working for the bank since 1963 at the Burr location.  In 2013, John celebrated 50 years of banking with Countryside Bank and was honored by Nebraska Bankers Association at their annual meeting. John is responsible for commercial and consumer loans as well as all operations at the Burr location. John also specializes in tax returns with over 45 years of experience. He was instrumental in obtaining state financing for paving the ‘Spur to Burr” (HWY 66E). John is a member of the Board of Directors of Countryside Bank.

Mark Czapla

Syracuse Branch Manager

Mark has worked for the bank since 1987 and since November of 1996 has been the Branch Manager of the Syracuse location. He is responsible for all functions of the branch. Mark is the loan compliance officer in addition to consumer and mortgage loan officer. Mark specializes in personal tax preparation for consumers and businesses. He has helped with youth baseball and football for over 15 years, and was named FBLA Business Person of the year in 2000. Mark assists annually with the State FBLA Leadership contests. NMLS# 716616

Randy Baucke

Mortgage Loan Officer

Randy has been with Countryside Bank since 1995 and has over 40 years of experience in banking. He specializes in secondary market home loans for Countryside Bank.  Randy has his office in the Syracuse branch.   NMLS# 716615

Barry Brandt

Lending and Insurance Officer

Barry has worked for the bank since 1999 and has his office in the Syracuse branch location.  He specializes in home, farm, crop, auto, and commercial insurance for Countryside Agency. Barry also does consumer loans, assists in operations, is the Security Officer and monitors the bank's ATMs. He has helped coach Syracuse Rockets football since 2004. Barry is a member of the Board of Directors for Countryside Bank.  NMLS# 716614

Nathan Bischoff

Loan Officer

Nathan has been with the bank since 2004 and has offices in the Unadilla and Burr branch locations.  He focuses on consumer, home, and farm loans.  Nathan also is a representative for Countryside Agency, providing home, auto, farm, and commercial insurance to consumers and businesses. He is responsible for marketing, Information Technology and the on-line banking system. Nathan has served with the Burr Community Club and Otoe County Pheasants Forever. NMLS# 716618

Kristi Buller

Administrative Assistant

Kristi began working at the bank in 1997. She works at the Unadilla location.  Kristi's main responsibility is for the administrative and secretarial duties to the President and Vice President/Senior Loan Officer.  She also is in charge of loan audits, new account audits, filing titles, and UCC and EFS filing.

Jennifer Gee

Customer Service Representative

Jennifer has been with Countryside Bank since February of 2004. She works out of the Syracuse and Burr branch locations and helps at the Unadilla branch when needed. Her main responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative is opening new accounts, teller duties, customer service requests and daily branch operations.  Jennifer is also in charge of check orders and eStatements for the bank.

Nancy Gerking

Customer Service Representative

Nancy began her banking career in 1972 at the Unadilla branch location. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) her duties include opening new accounts, teller duties, customer service requests, and daily branch operations.  Additionally, she is in charge of Mastercard debit cards for Countryside Bank, Ag Loan processing, audits Certificates of Depoist, Official Checks, and general ledger accounts.  Nancy is co-chair for the Relay for Life, Burr Team and volunteers actively with the Nebraska Children's Home Society in the Lincoln Nebraska area.   

Renee Jensen

Customer Service Representative

Renee has been working for the bank since 1999 and works at the Unadilla location.   As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) her duties include opening new accounts, teller duties, customer service requests and daily branch operations.  Renee also assists the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer in the daily duties for the BSA area and has responsibilities in ACH processing.  She is in charge of renting out the Duncan Building for gatherings.

Babette McWilliams

Customer Service Representative

Babette has been working for Countryside Bank since 1979 and works in the Unadilla location. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) her duties include opening new accounts, teller duties, customer service requests and daily branch operations.  In addition to her duties as a CSR, Babette audits IRAs, processes consumer loans, credit life insurance, and ordering and controlling currecny for the three branch locations.  She helps in the Mastercard debit card area.

Barb has worked for the bank since 1984 in the Unadilla location. She works part-time and is in charge of processing the account statements.

Dawn Dettmer

Customer Service Representative

Dawn has been with Countryside Bank since 1996 and works in the Syracuse branch location where she is the operations manager and Customer Service Representative (CSR).  Her responsibilities include being the mortgage and commercial loan assistant. Dawn is in charge of all accounts payable activity and organization of hardware, purchases, and service agreements.  She manages and transfers money between correspondent banks and as a CSR, her duties include opening new accounts, teller duties, customer service requests and daily branch operations. Judy Lubben

Customer Service Representative

Judy has worked for the bank at the Burr location since 1986. Judy performs customer service duties, opens accounts, CDs and IRAs. She also assists in balancing the books daily and is responsible for the branch’s operations. Judy is active in the Burr Community Club.

Joan Harder

Audit/Compliance Officer

Joan began working for Countryside Bank as an independent compliance and audit consultant in 2007. In 2013 she became a part-time employee with responsibilities in the compliance and audit area. Her office is at the Unadilla location. Joan had more than 35 years of banking experience prior to joining Countryside Bank.  She is a member of the Board of Directors for Countryside Bank.

Dana' Allen

Customer Service Representative

Dana' began working for Countryside Bank in May of 2014 and works out of the Syracuse branch location. She came to work for Countryside Bank having 32 years of banking experience.  Dana' is a Customer Service Representative (CSR), opening new accounts, assisting with all operations, teller and customer service requests.
