For added convenience, Countryside Bank is pleased to offer you Online Banking. This option allows you to perform banking activities at home or wherever you have access to the Internet. That means day or night, before or after banking hours, you can take care of your finances on your schedule.

Online banking allows you to:

  • Check account balances, transactions and statements
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Make payments on your Countryside Bank loans
  • View images of cleared checks and deposits
  • Set up account alerts to monitor your account activity and balances
  • Sign up for eStatements and go paperless
  • Sign up to access Bill Pay and manage your bills and payments online

If you have an account with us, you can enroll for Online Banking at no cost.

Looking for a quick, easy way to pay bills that also gives you flexiblity and control? Consider Bill Pay!

With just a few clicks, you can safely and securely:

  • Manage and pay your bills online (saving time and stamps)
  • Schedule one-time or recurring payments that can be changed or stopped at any time
  • View history of past bill payments
  • Organize your bills into categories for budgeting
  • Set-up email reminders or alerts to stay informed on bill pay activities

You can enroll by first having an online banking account.  When you login to online banking at the top of the page select Bill Pay.  This option is at no cost with any Countryside transaction account.

Consider a paperless alternative for receiving your account statements.  eStatements are convenient, secure and no cost.

Just enroll in Online Banking and eStatements to start the process.  Each month you will be sent an email notifying you that your account statement is available.  Simply login to your Online Banking account to view.  You will no longer receive a paper statement.  If you still want a paper statement we will send you one for a fee of $3 per monthly account statement. 

eStatements provide the same information offered in paper statements, and also features the ability to:

  • View your statements anytime online
  • Download electronic statements to your computer to print them off or save them to a secure file
  • Access 18 months of statement history

HOW TO GET MOBILE BANKING:

  • You must be enrolled in Online Banking to enjoy the benefits of Mobile Banking.  If you would like to enroll in Online Banking please contact one of our bank employees today.
  • You must have created a Login Name to access your accounts with Mobile Banking.  If you have not created a Login Name please use your computer to login to Online Banking. Click on "Preferences" and you can create a Login Name.
  • From your smartphone or tablet - download "Countryside Bank" App from either the iTunes App Store or Google Play (NOTE: When downloading the App for your tablet make sure that you search for iPhone and iPad App's)
  • Login with the same Login Name and password you have set up for Online Banking

BEST PRACTICE SECURITY RECOMMENDATIONS

Countryside Bank's Mobile Banking is secure.  Your account information is not stored on your mobile device. All of the security features from Online Banking are in place to safeguard your privacy and protect your account information.

COUNTRYSIDE BANK recommends that you:

  • Keep your mobile device's operating system up to date
  • Install antivirus-antimalware software for internet browsing on your mobile device, if available
  • Logout after each Mobile Banking session
  • Set up email alerts to monitor account balances
  • DO NOT use public Wi-Fi for mobile or online banking
  • Keep your apps up to date
  • Use the device's auto lockout feature with password
  • Do not allow your mobile device to remember your login credentials
  • Never send full account number or other sensitive information via text message or email

    ACCOUNT ALERTS

    Want to know when your account balance gets too low?

    Want to know when you have pending transactions to your accounts?

    Or do you want to be reminded when a loan payment is due?

    Account Alerts help you manage and monitor your account activity and balances.  This service is available to our online banking customers free of charge!  You set your alert options and an email will be sent notifing you when ever your account has reached the options you set.

    One email could potentially save you an overdraft fee, account maintenance fee or give you an early warning if your identity has been stolen by reviewing your pending transactions. 

    How to get started in managing your money....
    • Login to online banking
    • At the top of the page, hover your cursor over the Accounts tab
    • You will see Accounts Options and under that you will see Alerts, click on Alerts
    • Under Alert Options click on  "Create New Alert"
    • You may set up Alerts on one or all of your accounts available in online banking

    If at any time you need help, select the Help tab at the top of the page and select "Create a new alert."  You may always call one of our Customer Service Representativies if you need assistant, we will be happy to help!
