On September 27, 2004 the American Bank of Burr and the
First National Bank of Unadilla merged to form the new
Countryside Bank with full service locations in
Syracuse, Unadilla, and Burr and a Loan Production
Office in Tecumseh. These banks have each served our
communities for over 100 years and will continue to be
owned locally and staffed by your neighbors and friends
while providing convenient, full service banking. We

7. CONVENIENT BANKING SINCE 1888:
We have three full-service locations in Unadilla,
Burr and Syracuse, with a loan production office in
Tecumseh. In addition, we have three convenient ATM
locations at the Nutcracker and Casey's in Syracuse and
the Shamrock Station in Unadilla. We do not surcharge
customers from any bank who carry a Nebraska ATM card with the Nets logo. Countryside Bank customers receive unlimited withdraws from these ATM locations without charge.

We are locally owned and managed. Employees who are familiar with the area make decisions promptly. Our employees know that a vibrant, local economy will result in increased banking activity and will facilitate long-term growth in our bank, and the communities we serve.

We specialize in construction, business and home loans. We have an active home loan division with about 50% of our total loan volume in real estate loans. Funding local loans over our entire customer base helps spur local economic activity.

Employees are compensated based on their level of customer service. Existing customers refer most of our new customers.
